The Completion of All Things

Aikido practice is an efficient solution for making efforts for a modern-day person who is asking questions about the meaning of life. A diligent exploration of the designation in this world provides a person with sufficient strength to discover Aikido practice as the tool to obtain free will and to realize the freedom of choice. It is about discovering our own destructive and defective nature with the help of Aikido practice, and about using Aikido as the tool to acquire a compensation for our imperfections through the discovery of the need to change our attitude to ourselves and to the outer world, and to begin acting with the missing intention.

In other words, the true approach to Aikido practice allows a person to reveal the power to resist the egoistic self and to cultivate the Human Being inside with compassion and the ability to distinguish “good” from “bad” (and also capable of conscious actions with the acceptance of reward or punishment). This is the Way to the peak of wisdom through the consistent cultivation of the creative anti-egoistic power within us by means of making more and more effort on the chosen Way. The process leads to the discovery of the perfect harmony, which is the state of the whole creation. Attainment of the new properties (discovery of the Divine), cultivated by the anti-egoistic forces, is the culmination of the Human’s nature - the obtainment of the integrity – which is “the completion of all things,” as Morihei Ueshiba (the founder of Aikido) said.
